What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number.
When you place an order: your delivery address, phone number, the items ordered, and the amount paid.
When you browse: an anonymous cart identifier stored in a cookie. Your recently viewed products and recent searches are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us.
What we do not store
Card numbers, UPI IDs, CVVs, and bank credentials never reach our servers. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider; we only receive a payment reference and its status.
Cookies
A cart cookie keeps your bag intact between visits, and a session cookie keeps you signed in. Both are strictly necessary for the store to function. Analytics scripts are only loaded if the store owner has configured them.
Who we share data with
Our payment provider, to process payments. Our courier partners, to deliver your order. Our email provider, to send order confirmations and delivery updates. Each receives only what it needs for that task.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; order records are retained where the law requires it.
