Orders
An order is confirmed only once payment has been verified by our payment provider. Until then it is held as pending and no goods are committed. If payment fails or is abandoned, the reserved stock is released automatically.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST. The tax component is itemised at checkout and on your order confirmation. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when your order is confirmed.
Availability
Stock is tracked per size and colour. Occasionally an item may sell out between you adding it to your bag and completing checkout — in that case we will tell you before any payment is taken.
Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to the conditions attached to each code, including minimum order values, expiry dates, and usage limits. Codes have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
